Cancellation by Site / Customer
The order would not be cancelled once shipped for delivery. It is to be noted that You may have to pay a cancellation fee for transactions initiated on the Platform for which work has already been commenced by the Delivery Partner/Third Party Delivery Provider. If you cancel your order before dispatching, you will get full refund. You can request for the cancellation of your order before the dispatch of your order. Note: For Product(s) under Print on Demand Collection - You can cancel the order within 12 hours after the placing the order by sending an email to support@auraska.in or by WhatsApp (+919229802945) to cancel the same. The amount will be refunded (if paid online) within 7 working days. No Cancellation: If you request a cancellation after 12 hours from the time of placing the order. No Return: If the order has been delivered to the customer. To avoid any size discrepancies, always check the size chart before buying as we print on demand for the products under Print on Demand Collection. Exchange Available, only if the product is damaged (product unboxing video required).
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
AURASKA may cancel the transaction initiated by You on the Platform, if:
(i) The designated address provided by You is outside the delivery service zone of AURASKA.
(ii) Information, instructions, and authorizations provided by You are not complete or sufficient to execute the delivery service.
(iii) If a Delivery Partner is not available to perform the services, as may be requested.
(iv) If any Item for which You have initiated the transaction is not in stock.
(v) If the transaction cannot be completed for reasons, not in control of AURASKA.
Return/Exchange Policy
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns and exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs.100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs.100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, You will have to send the shipment back to the company address through any courier service, preferably through Speed Post. The customer is expected to send the courier back at their own expense. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
Acceptance of returns & refund post-delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please get in touch with us for any queries.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace item(s) if they are different or possibly a defective product (product unboxing video is required). We do not provide returns in any other case. To avoid any size discrepancies, it is recommended to check the size chart/list in the product description to purchase the best fit t-shirt. Note: It is compulsory to capture a unboxing video of the received parcel to claim for a different/damaged product(s). Shipping label, product tags should be recorded in the unboxing video of the received parcel.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
Kindly allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed and amount to be credited in your bank account. Please Note: Refund / Bank Transfer are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
For COD orders, a store credit/coupon will be provided on your registered email address/phone number.
Payments made with COD option will receive store credit/coupon equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
Reward points or store credits/coupon are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
